SITUATION

NEW PROYECT

This project has started with a conversation on Discord about the priorities that are needed in today's world, joining forces for a common goal during 2020 has created a very strong awareness regarding their respective places in the Realm of the development team. Storm. Realm of the Storm is International in nature but many people who help or work with Realm of the Storm also come from developing countries or countries with difficulties of all kinds.

Precedents

There are precedents that video games want to collaborate on humanitarian reasons, the creator of Fornite has invested millions of dollars in saving forests in North Carolina with the aim of protecting and preserving forest lands. Hellblade donates thousands of dollars to the charitable society Rethink Mental Illness to support people with mental illness. Realm of the Storm does not want to be left behind in its contribution to humanity.

The reflection for Realm of the Storm is to be able to contribute more than a single game, the development team now wants to also strive to contribute something that everyone needs. We would like to continue growing to become an NGO or collaborative association.

The world is not a video game, the world needs solutions to problems, not only due to the pandemic but many structural problems that have been occurring for a long time.

Our goal is to draw the attention of the United Nations or other humanitarian or cooperation organizations such as (Alboan.org, World Vision, Acumen, Oxfam International, Alianza por la solidariedad, Actionaid, PIH and DRC, among others.

Objectives

The objective of a possible future Realm of the Storm –NGO is to carry out potential collaborative projects or different types of organizations of a similar nature, in addition to offering our humanitarian side or our entire community of the Realm of the Storm- video game.
